Performance Improvement
We have rolled quality monitoring and staff development elements into a multi-tiered program: our Performance Improvement System. This system involves daily documented training & QA rounds for each staff member. If deficiencies are present, we immediately teach the staff the proper methodology should they face the same issue again.
Executive Support
SNS also provides a Site Coordinator and a Controller to support each of our facilities. They frequently tours each facility within the region with our on-site management. These visits serve as continuing education quality control. The entire program is evaluated from cleaning quality to compliance.

Integration
